Rose Wheeler is a former CCAPP Board Chair and has been an active CCAPP Board Member for over 7 years. She is also a therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, including all addictions, and maintains a private practice in California and Tennessee and is offering Telehealth Services.
Rose has been working in the field of mental health and substance abuse since 2009. She has a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and has been a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor since 2010. Rose has been helping individuals and families heal from the devastation of mental health disorders and addiction disorders. She has a passion coupled with her experience and education that has assisted her to be someone who cares and will fight for the clients.

Rose’s professional career includes working in leadership roles at substance abuse treatment centers and building her private practice since 2017. She is also an advocate for the people and works closely with the legislative bills in Sacramento and Tennessee to help protect clients’ rights.
